He works with Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits to design and promote new mixes and pairings for restaurants in the state of Texas. Previously, he served as the regional director for the Texan area, collaborating with restaurants to create drink pairings with their dishes. His cocktail expertise has been featured in Eater Austin, Better Homes & Gardens, and other publications.
